My Last Night Out as a Single Lady!!

So my sister and Courtney planned a last little Girl's Night Out for me. We went to Logan's ( yummy my favorite) for dinner, then we came home to hang out and play some games. Thanks to everyone who came!

Family Bridal Shower

So I was lucky enough to be able to have both a Ward Bridal Shower and a Famiy Bridal Shower. These pictures are from my family bridal shower.

Ok, this present was from Raylon's sister and sister-n-laws. However the wrapping was done by the husbands. They are quite creative!!

More Engagement Pictures

So as I said, my sister Whitni took our engagement pictures for us. Well while we were out hunting for wedding finds at garage sales, Whitni found this chair that she just HAD to have. And she just HAD to do a photo shoot with it. So that means more engagement pictures for Raylon and me. I won't complain, other than the heat and the ants during the photo shoot!!

The Engagement

Here are some picture of the actual engagement. I am going to cheat and just copy what my mom put on her blog, since she already posted on her blog.(So just remember this is her telling the story) 

Raylon proposed on July 1st.
We went up to the cabin so this wonderful event could take place. Each time
we go to the cabin we always go to Blossom (a clothing boutique). This is one of Emili's favorite places - besides Target :) . We got there Thursday night. I had called and talked to the owners previously in the week to set up the "engagement". On Friday morning Scott and Raylon went into town to get their
"fishing licences" ( a lie of course). They actually went to purchase flowers and to blossom to set up. They set up the roses in one of the dressing rooms and also brought in a CD to be playing with songs that meant something to Raylon and Emili. Blossom saved this dressing room for Emili. We have been here so many times, and everytime we go there is maybe one or two other people in the store. Well not this time. We had assured Raylon that there would be nobody in there. Uh oh. They were having a sale - so the place was packed. This is not a very big place at all either. Once most of the people heard there was going to be a proposal, they hung around waiting. Great Emili hates attention. Anyways, the boys came back and got us and we headed to Blossom. Raylon was an absolute wreck. Sweating up a storm. He even had to change his shirt! :) Well after shopping for what seemed an eternity (really like 15 minutes) we finally convinced Emili to go start trying on. So when she went in she saw the flowers, and then she saw that they had he name on it. Inside was a little card, and I forget what is said - but i do remember how squiggly her name was because he was so nervous. Well when she came out - Raylon was on his knee with the ring.
Ahhhh how sweet! they got quite the applause for all the spectators!

The Beginning
